- Unit can mix Cement Slurry on the fly from 7.5 ppg to 22 ppg slurry weight.
- The unit can perform BOP pressure test up to 10,000 psi.
- The Unit carries full displacement after pumping the cement slurry using Well fluid.
- Perform Leak off test.
- Perform Hermetical test.
Specifications:
The unit is rated to deliver and meet the following parameters:
- Discharge pressure of 10,000 psi pumping pressure.
- Flow rate of the Unit with each of the H.P Pumps can deliver
- 8.4 bpm (1.34 m3/min) with each 4.5” plgr size
- A combine flow rate of over 15 bpm.
- Cement slurry densities mixed on the fly range from 7.5ppg to 22.0 ppg
- For small plug or pressure testing applications can deliver 15,000 psi discharge pressure, with 3-1/2” Plunger size
- The unit has inbuilt twin Displacement tank with a total of minimum 36 bbl (6.0 m3) capacity.
- All discharge H.P iron is of size 2” and rated for 15,000 psi pumping pressure.
- The unit has following safety features in built:
- Discharge pressure adjustable limit switch, when reached would cut the Engine throttle to idle.
- Low oil pressure, and high water temp indicators.
Re-circulation mixing provisions:
The Precision Slurry Mixer (PSM) mixing system provides density control and slurry consistency over a wide range of slurry weights and is capable of mixing to within +/- 0.2 lbs.gal (0.02 SG). It offers a wide range of mixing rates which are dependent on the slurry density. Slurry rates have been achieved as high as 10 BPM (1.58 m3/min) & density upto 22 lbs/gal (2.64 SG). BJ Electronic load cell DBIV densimeter continously checks mixing density throughout the job.
The PSM re-circulation system mixes cement with the integerated BJ Mini Monitor analyses and records pertinent job parameters for on line and post job analysis. The unit is capable of working pressures up to 15,000 psi. Actual performances is dependent on fluid end and plunger size selection.
A jet Mixer with a slurry supercharger is provided as a back up mixing system on the Unit.

High Energy Cement Mixing System
The Unit has an inbuilt high Energy Recirculating Cement Mixer, which mixes and homogenizes dry bulk cement with mix water and Recirculated Cement Slurry. The rate of mix water addition is controlled by a hydraulically actuated valve within the High Energy Recirculating Cement Mixer.
Dry cement enters the High Energy Recirculating Cement Mixer via the Bulk Cement Metering Valve and is mixed with inlet mix water that enters the mixer via the water inlet valve through a centrally mounted water inlet with radially positioned water jets.
Recirculated cement slurry enters through dual outer inlets to surround the dry cement via internal radially positioned recirculation cement slurry jets. The force of the recirculation and water jets creates the energy to wet and mix the incoming dry bulk cement.
The mixing system provides density control and slurry consistency over a wide range of slurry weights, capable of mixing to within +/- 0.2 lbs/gal (0.02 SG). It offers a wide range of mixing rates, depending on slurry density. Slurry rates as high as 10 BPM (1.58 m³/min) & density up to 22 lbs/gal (2.64 SG) can be achieved. A BJ Electronic load cell DBIV densimeter checks mixing density continuously throughout the job.
