Capacity – 100 BBL; TWIN TUB 50 BBL each, suitable to Batch mix Cement slurries in each 50bbl tanks from Densities range of 7.9 ppg to 21 ppg .
Type : Skid Mounted as well.
Engine – Detroit Diesel GM 6V71 Series 250 BHP (1 no) OR Cat C 7 300 BHP @2200 RPM or Equiv.
Mix Pump – (2) no's Centrifugal Type

Agitator: Paddle type mixer 2x45
Hydraulic system is powered by the Diesel Engine, which runs the Gear / Vane pump will facilitate the operation of Agitators and drive for both the hydraulic motors to run the Pumps.
Educator assembly, which a Mixing bowl is attached to the top of each Tank Educator assembly. This has in integral Jet Assembly, which produces the right mixing energy for shearing the dry Cement very well making good Cement slurries. This assembly requires a 5” Dry Cement Bulk Feed line and a 2” water line
